Last updated: May 23, 2026

aroka provides content, search intelligence, and workflow tools for teams. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to users of the aroka website and application.

If you have questions about this policy or your data, contact us at support@aroka.ai.

Information we collect

  • Account information such as your name, email address, authentication method, organization membership, and session records.
  • Authentication information needed to sign you in, including email/password credentials or Google account identifiers when you choose Google sign-in. We do not store your Google password.
  • Product data you submit or generate in aroka, including search run configuration, review data, uploaded CMS media, blog content, redirects, and audit history.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device/browser details, timestamps, request logs, and security events used to operate and protect the service.

How we use information

  • To create and manage your account, authenticate sessions, link trusted sign-in methods for the same verified email address, and provide password reset or verification emails.
  • To provide the aroka product, including workspace access, business search workflows, internal CMS publishing, support, debugging, reliability, security, and abuse prevention.
  • To send transactional emails such as sign-in, verification, password reset, account, and product notices.
  • To improve performance, product quality, safety, and operational visibility.

Google sign-in

  • If you sign in with Google, we request the minimum profile information needed for authentication, typically your Google account identifier, name, email address, and profile image if provided by Google.
  • We use this information only to authenticate you, create or link your aroka account, maintain your session, and prevent duplicate accounts for the same verified email address.
  • We do not use Google user data for advertising, and we do not sell Google user data.

Sharing and processors

  • We use service providers to operate the product, including hosting, database, storage, email delivery, analytics, logging, and security infrastructure.
  • Processors may handle data only as needed to provide their services to aroka. We do not sell personal information.
  • We may disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or during a business transfer such as a merger, acquisition, or financing.

Security and retention

  • We use access controls, tenant isolation, secure authentication, audit logging, and operational monitoring to protect account and product data.
  • We retain information for as long as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security records.
  • You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of personal information, subject to legal, security, and operational requirements.
