These terms govern access to and use of the aroka website, application, APIs, and related services. By using aroka, you agree to these terms.

Using aroka

  • You must provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and use aroka only for lawful business purposes.
  • You are responsible for users, organizations, content, search runs, uploads, and other activity under your account or workspace.
  • You may not attempt to bypass access controls, abuse the service, extract data from prohibited targets, interfere with availability, or access another user's or organization's data.

Accounts and authentication

  • aroka supports email/password authentication and Google sign-in. When sign-in methods use the same verified email address, they may be linked to the same aroka user account.
  • We may require email verification, password resets, session revocation, rate limits, or other safeguards to protect accounts and the platform.
  • aroka may suspend or restrict access when needed to address security risk, misuse, legal requirements, or violations of these terms.

Customer content and data

  • You retain responsibility for the content and data you submit to aroka, including any rights, permissions, notices, and compliance obligations required for that data.
  • You grant aroka the rights needed to host, process, display, transmit, and otherwise operate the service for your account or organization.
  • Do not submit data that you are not authorized to use or that violates law, platform rules, third-party rights, or agreements with data sources.

Service changes

  • aroka is evolving. Features may change, be added, or be removed as we improve the product and operate the service.
  • We work to keep the service reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
  • We may update these terms by posting a revised version. Continued use of aroka after updates means you accept the revised terms.

Disclaimers and liability

  • aroka is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the extent permitted by law.
  • We are not responsible for third-party services, websites, data sources, or platforms that you connect to or interact with through aroka.
  • To the extent permitted by law, aroka will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
